This time, our agency offers you an opportunity to visit one of the beautiful Moroccan cities, that is the PURPLE ISLANDS or ESSAOUIRA and also formerly named Mogador originating from the Phoenician, it’s a charming city at the Atlantic coast of Morocco, it has a beautiful fishing port, and an amazing golden sands and a beautiful Atlantic beach.
In the morning at 8 am, you will begin your trip with a pick up from accommodation and take the road, pass through the amazing vast fields of argan groves, where you will find a beautiful place that has goats trees, an amazing view that you can’t find anywhere but in that unique place as well as take pictures with the cute little goat.
Then, a great chance to discover the marvelous Argan oil, by visiting Women’s Co-operative manufacturing this famous product and there will be a preventative that will accompany you to explain for you the different steps of making the famous oil.
On the arrival to Essaouira, you will start wandering through alleyways of the old medina, visit the jeweler’s quarter, handicrafts complex and the municipal market; a small souk in the middle of the town, selling lots of Moroccan wares as well as the necessities for living.
Afterwards, walk along the splendid beach, which is popular with windsurfing and kite-surfing. Then explore the fortress walls of the medina, built at the edge of the sea, when the famous serie GAME OF THRONES was shot, then continue walking along the coast to find the Skala, a fortification dating back to the Portuguese occupation, thousands of beautiful seagulls are flying all over the place.
Afterwards, head towards the fishing old port with blue boats and colorful flags, there will also be a time for a tasty lunch break (Not Included) that you can choose what to eat, whether the local famous dish, which is a fish meal or just order whatever you like to eat from modern food, at a traditional seaside restaurant.
